Great Wolf Lodge was a fun family trip. It seemed there were a lot of additional expenses and I was disappointed in the food options during our stay. The room was clean but lot of noise from the hall and above. The staff was great! The gift shop was affordable in my opinion. We had a member of our group with difficulties walking and that was difficult (handicap parking was full, but the lodge was very good about letting us use the main entrance)

Was nice, but room was all the way at the end of the hall. 30 rooms away from and elevator ans 60 rooms away from a vending machine..

Very nice kids had fun, they put a 100$ hold on my card for any damage which took 100 I couldn’t spend at the lodge.:(

Awesome place to visit. There’s a lot for everyone to do. Great customer service, very clean , kid friendly environment and staff very helpful. Come to Great Wolf Lodge you will not be disappointed!

Treatment from staff was horribleme and my family were treated Dorthy Dandridge my babies were disappointed and I was and am still disappointed.
