The room was fine and everything was clean. The staff were polite and friendly.

I was in an ADA accessible room, so the shower had both a fixed head and a hand held. The hand held was not functional. No one asked if I wanted or needed such a room. I’m not sure why it wasn’t kept available for someone requiring those features.
The cost was substantially more than quoted on the app. Rates should be posted as actual “all in” costs.

Hi Paul,The room type that you reserved was an ADA accessible room type. We are not allowed to ask guests if they have a disability. As you reserved this room type, we gave it to you as we are supposed to. In the future, if you do not need an ADA accessible room, please do not book it, so that others that need it may use it.Sincerely,

We came to visit our grandson at University of Cincinnati. The hotel was very close to his house.

Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It was hard and stiff. There were stains/sticky spots on the carpet and stains on the sheets to the playpen we had them bring up. The pool was closed and was told it would be closed until further notice but we weren’t notified of that before our stay. The pool was supposed to be a fun thing for us and the kids to do.
