Hotel was clean and staff was courteous. Not many dining options within walking distance, other than fast food. Room rate was high due to NFL game.

The room itself was decent, but there was no microwave in the room. There was in the hallway to share. When I got up one morning, there were a pair of pants next to it!
Both ladies at the desk when I checked in were busy on their phones. Afterwards, were helpful.
Was a charge for breakfast the first day I stayed, but not the second. That was odd.
Free water and coffee were nice amenities, though tasted like tap water and coffee was not particularly good either. Only non-dairy creamer.
Hard to find anything good to eat other than fast food, in the neighborhood. I walked about a mile to Kung Food, which was good.
Catholic Church within walking distance. I liked that. Walking disrance (though through a not so good part of town) to Great American Ballpark. If going to see another Reds game, would stay there again, but not wander out after dark.

It looks like your stay was ok. We strive to make it great. The next time you come into town I hope you stay with us again. Our hotel is under new management so big changes are coming our way soon.

Tired hotel. Needs a refresher. Took 3 times going back to the front desk to get a key to work.

Highly recommend this hotel. Covington has a lot to do and this location gives you options in going over to Cincy.
