The pool was not heated. The fire pit did not work. Shower was dirty

The rooms were pretty nice, though ours seemed to have some level of an underlying smell that we couldn't quite identify. But it was pretty minor and likely related to what is used to clean the room. The breakfast was pretty good there and they had a nice area for breakfast as well as a lobby lounge area. It was very convenient to the Sharonville convention center and looked a lot better than the hotel directly connected to it. The elevators were a bit on the small size, just barely large enough for a luggage cart to fit in. The boiler also went out one day during our stay, but the staff there worked overnight so there was hot water again the next morning. So congrats on a fast fix there!

This is a nice hotel, close to the Freeway, but quiet. The restaurant options have changed, the information about the restaurants should be updated. Someone had placed a rock to hold the exit door open near the pool. This might constitute a security issue. The young man at the front desk, was really nice, friendly and upbeat.
