Overall we had a very good experience
Publié le 4 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayNice cozy little apartment. We were satisfied with our stay, especially for the price! It was a nice modest apartment, not super fancy, but we didn't want fancy. It was a perfect fit for what we were looking for and our budget. Communication with property manager was great. This was our first time getting a Vrbo and we will definitely do this again. And if we go back to Cincinnati we would definitely stay at this property again.

The apartment is exactly as advertised. The host is always available to expediently address any wants or needs. As referred to in the listing, this apartment is indeed a perfect, cozy get-away.

Pam and Simmon are some of the best guest a host can ask for. They are hands on and full of knowledge. I really enjoy guest like Pam. I hope to continue to be able to host them for many stays to come. P.S. we finally where able to finish the upgrades.

Clean, simple
Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe rental is a unit in a house converted into apartments. The house is not disability-accessible (not a knock, just noting for disabled folks). The location was pretty close to a number of restaurants and cafes, and also about a 15-20 min drive to downtown. A reasonable price for the few nights we stayed and no ridiculous clean up requirements upon checkout. Overall a decent place. Nothing fancy or upscale, but good enough to come back to after a busy day.

Thank you for the review. The building is one of 4 apartment building on this street. They all feature 1bedroom,1bath, living room, and kitchen. Thank you for staying with us and I hope you'll consider staying with us again.

Affordable, clean, and roomy
