The only good thing was a room was available. To start the attendant was rude and he tried to lie to me about having a smoking room. The heat didn't work, there were cockroaches and other bugs crawling around the room. Never again!!

However, you expressed that the heat did not work, the poor customer service you received front desk attendant and the pests you encountered in the room hindered your experience. Rooms were dirty bathroom was filled with roaches crawling around blankets had burn holes even tho it was a non smoking room

Terrible red roof inn

No amenities--no fridge, no coffee pot, no ice machine, no cups, no breakfast. Bed comfortable and clean; bathroom was also clean so I gave 2 stars.

Though the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and the other positive highlighted, we're very sorry you were unhappy with your experience. You indicated that you were unsatisfied with the lack of amenities and us not having a breakfast program. Please know a standard king room does not comes with these additional amenities. In future, I would suggest booking a deluxe or superior room type. Filthy, smelled terrible, sketchy area. It appeared people we living there like in an apartment. We left immediately and stayed at Springhill Suites
