It was awful had a line out the door understaffed and when I finally got my room that smelled of mold with no working phone or tv they would not issue refund . Do not go here!

The place smelled like urine inside and outside. The pillow cases had burn holes. The chair had dirt on it.

To start off the bedding was extremely dirty. The customer service was very distasteful. There was no compromise or consideration for how our experience was, or how we were treated. I will NEVER return!

The bed was stained and ripped. The room smelled and was dirty. Staff said they were all booked and didnt offer solutions to the dirtiness of the room.

Horrible stay

crackheads and prostitute and just not a place you want to be in specially that it is surrounded by nice hotels for the rate or even cheaper.

Staff were nice, efficient and reasonable but the room we got was far from perfect. The TV screen didn't work and all we could hear was sound, our remote didn't come with any batteries and the refrigerator was broken. Would've went to front desk but due to certain circumstances, we couldn't get anyone to come up. Plus, we only stayed two night's (though counting the deposit, I spent over 300 for a room with no amenities.) Hopefully they'll get it fixed up for the next person.
