The customer service was okay, but the couch was old and the cushions were worn out so that we could feel the springs. The ice maker made frequent loud grinding noises when making ice. There was a water bug in the shower and we saw one cockroach on the living room TV cabinet . I really come for the waffles and separate - albeit too small - sleeping area

Everything was great. The room, grounds, staff, and breakfast were all excellent. My only disappointment was the hot tub was not working. The main reason I booked here was for the hot tub. Outside of that, Everything was great and we will be back.
