Not exactly dirty but more attention to detail needed. TV sound is not adequate. Food was okay. Not as convenient as Blue Ash for Cincinnati Open tennis. Will look for another place next time.

Nice hotel rooms were small. Breakfast was good. A nice place to stay. If you don’t mind a small room it was a little cramped for two of us.

Extremely clean. I didn’t like that our sheets were not changed during out stay. Otherwise, excellent.

The atmosphere, breakfast, and amenities are pretty nice, especially considering the price. Also these rooms probably have the best bathroom options considering the price range (unfortunately the bathrooms are next to each other between rooms). Biggest issue for me was the amount of noise that could be heard throughout the hotel and outside (I could hear neighbors walking around within their own rooms, also there was a detector that was flashing us at night every few seconds). Lastly the bed was relatively comfortable but it would move/bang with any minor movements, rolling over was guaranteed to wake you up which made it very difficult to sleep. This is my biggest complaint.
Note: I was in a standard 1 king bed room on the first floor.
