a blue gem!
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe blu hotel was an awesome hotel experience. The property is clean and well maintained and nicely decorated. It smells clean all throughout the hotel too. The breakfast was very nice. Options included veggie omelets, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, fresh waffles, milk, yogurt, bagels and muffins and toast, juices and coffee drinks in many varieties. There was also fresh fruit. Everything was good. There was a pool but it was closed due to weather. Our king size suite was comfortable spacious. We really enjoyed our stay. Also, it's less than 15 minutes driving to Kings Island.

The pictures have to be from when they first opened, because it is very outdated. You can tell that it hasn’t been worked in or updated in years. When I arrived to the room, a giant roach was in the bathroom. The toilet wouldn’t flush. Ended up leaving and requesting a refund due to the false advertisement and roach. If booking this hotel, don’t expect what you see in the beautiful pictures. Expect worn down walls, signage, elevator that is quite sketch and possibly a roach that is so big it looks like it had lived there since the building was built.
