Dommage pour la vue « patio intérieur »

Suite chambre de chambre 2x… (fuite d’eau dans la 1ere et taille de la chambre pas conforme à la réservation…) nous nous sommes retrouvé surclassé en chambre Premium… avec bacon avec vue sur… le lobby. Très étrange d’avoir des chambre avec vue sur le bâtiment intérieur. Quoi qu’il en soit le personnel était très accueillant et compréhensif, literie sympa, grande salle de bain, et en plein centre ville.

The property is well located, with a 10 minute walk to the Riverwalk. Non-valet parking is close to the hotel. My main issue with this stay is with Expedia's relation with the hotel on breakfast. Without going into the particulars, my experience would say don't prebuy breakfast, which is not a buffet style, but essentially a credit in the hotel "coffee shop". Better to just buy in the shop itself.

$400/night with a shower that didn’t drain and made really loud noises, TV that had only a few channels = an average hotel.

We checked in and went up to our room. The room had not been cleaned. We came back down and the gentleman next to us checking in also had a dirty room and walked into a woman brushing her teeth in the bathroom. The front desk went to check the new room before we checked in. He was gone for quite some time and I believe he made house keeping clean this room within 5-10 minutes so we didn’t have a second dirty room. I loved this hotel previously but two customers going into dirty, occupied rooms is unacceptable.

Beautiful hotel. Staff including valet driver were kind and helpful. Room was beautiful and clean.

Overall the our stay was nice and in general the hotel was pleasant. There was a slight issue with the plumbing in our room where we had to ask for a plunger, twice. The things we had issues with were: 1. We were not aware that we were unable to park ourselves and therefore hadn't budgeted for valet parking 2. We paid for breakfast to be included in our stay and it was unclear that the hotel doesn't provide breakfast themselves rather you can go to The Kidd Coffee shop (attached to hotel) and charge up to $15/day to your room. That said the experience was still nice and we would consider another stay with better planning on our part.
