Nice place to stay, there is a parking near the hotel that is free from 6PM to 8AM. Kitchen was good, and the room was comfortable and quiet.

Check in was quick and easy. Hostel was situated in the middle of town within easy walk of all amenities. There was no noise at night and comfortable stay. would recommend.

Voilently expensive parking. I estimated the owner (Council? ) would make 3/4 million Pounds from this car park. A real killer. Room extremely simple but adequate. No TV.

Room was cramped, stuffy with noisy from generator outside window. Like a prison cell. Kitchen facility great. Location really good.

No late check in. Had to sleep in our car.

We got stuck in traffic and missed the check in window by 20 minutes. There was no one around, the phone rang to an empty desk, and no way to check in late, which is unheard of in my experiences of hostels. My family of 4 was forced to sleep in our car outside until the following morning. They then checked us in with a pencil and clipboard. Very unprofessional. Terrible experience. I would have liked to have given it a better review, but no late check in policy is a huge miss.

My only comment would be around the shower. Whilst the shower was excellent the water comes out into the bathroom because the drain needs to raised to form a lip.
