Really enjoyed our stay. Staff were friendly and welcoming from the start, food was excellent, room clean and comfortable.

We had a lovely short stay at The Masons Arms. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was lovely. Parking is limited but there’s street parking close by.

This property by far is the best I have stayed at all week. The staff are amazing and the property is finished to a high standard. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Disappointing

The bed is just a double, 4'6'' whic in this day and age is on the small side given most of us now enjoy sleeping in 5' beds at home if not bigger.
The evening meal was very disappointing, poor quality and the choice very much along the lines of so many other mediocre pubs, burger, fish and chips etc.
Breakfast was also poor, Overcooked scambled eggs, cheap bacon and overcooked poached eggs. The coffee was undrinkable.

We make no secret of the size of our rooms and purposely use our smallest room as the first image you see. Ours is a very old property with small rooms and low ceilings being characteristic of the time. We advertise that the beds are standard double with the exception of the superior double room.I'm sorry that the food was also not to your taste.I wish you better luck with future accommodation selections.

We really enjoyed to stay there, meals including dinner and breakfast are excellent!!
If we have a chance again, we would love to stay there.
