As an Expedia Gold level member and frequent user for 17 years, this is my first negative review. The day before we arrived, we received an email that offered us appetizers and 2-3 drinks for 35€ at 7pm on a Thursday. Since we arranged for dinner reservations months before, we declined. We had booked this rural vineyard for its peaceful location. When we returned from dinner on Thursday, there was no parking at the hotel and we had to park far away in a dark area in the vineyard. The music was very loud outside and in our rooms. The hotel is very small and usually 3 cars in the parking lot. There had to be 100 people there with the majority not overnight guests. It was like trying to sleep inside a nightclub. With the description in the email we assumed all would be complete by 10pm. By 11pm, we went to ask when the INCREDIBLY loud music would end and we were told midnight. This was really disappointing since we were leaving the next day and we got very little sleep. The next morning, several guests were complaining about how late the loud music went. We needed to leave at 9am for the airport and found that no one could check us out until 10am. This is also very unusual to have no one at the hotel who can provide service. Since we had to leave, I asked the person working the buffet to please have the front desk call me asap to settle the bill. I asked for a discount for only the one bad night and received rude reply and they ran my card for the full amount. Please beware!!!

Publié le 21 juill. 2019 sur HotelsEtt fantastiskt boende med utmärkt lunch och deras egen prosecco. Provning om man vill. Allt väldigt fräscht, sköns sängar jättebra frukost. Det som möjligen är lite negativt är st det är en bit till restaurang (saknas på boendet) och fet är mörkt att gå efter smal väg. Men lugnt och stillsamt boende. Rekommenderas starkt.

Amazing!
Publié le 10 juill. 2019 sur HotelsIt is an amazing place. Very relaxing. Lighter lunches are served that were really tasty. Poolarea was beautiful. The scenery is just magical and you can not stop enjoying it. Dinner is not served at the hotel, but a stort walk (10min) to the nearby village solved it. And last but not least, the prosecco they produce is really good, to sit in the garden and enjoy it is just fantastic!

Pour : Where it's located, the building itself, he wisteria arch to walk up to the building, the vineyards surrounding, the old beams in our room
Contre : Nothing for us. Some people might like internet. We didn't care
Emplacement : Scenery that is magnificent. Not far from Felt e and Asolo. Nearby restaurant was excellent
The hotel is high in the hills surrounded by prosecco vineyards. Prosecco was offered and accepted on arrival. Breathessly beautiful. Drive up Steep winding roads to arrive at the his magical place. An old farmhouse carefully restored.
