The farmhouse dates back to a rural settlement of farmers who established their own living quarters here along with their livestock. Today, the residence has been meticulously restored and features not only the main villa but also a noble chapel where farmers used to offer their invocations, as well as 10 cozy apartments with kitchenettes, showcasing exquisite Umbrian craftsmanship with exposed beams, antique tiles, and original fireplaces.

The main feature of our farmhouse is its picturesque setting. Perched atop a hill at 500 meters, it offers unparalleled views, as if straight out of a painting. During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to forget about routine and stress, focusing solely on your well-being and that of your loved ones.

The last 3 kilometers of the access road to the house are unpaved but in good condition.

THE APARTMENTS
Each apartment (45-60 sqm) is furnished to make your stay cozy. The rooms are decorated in the Umbrian tradition, comfortable and overlooking the garden. There's a kitchenette with everything you need to prepare meals and a private bathroom.

There's a common area with TV, table football, and games for the little ones. You can also use the shared washing machine and barbecue. Upon request, we offer a breakfast basket for a relaxing wake-up with your feet in the grass.
