Its small and quiet. And very convenient for the purposes i was there for. Great shopping in the area. The breakfast provided was delicious like a mexican/continental style. It was very flavorful. The cafeteria is small and can get crowded.

Excelente experiencia. My esposo y yo visitamos Ciudad Juárez debido a un proceso migratorio y cita al consulado Americano. Un familiar nos recomendo hospedarnos en City JR express. La verdad quedamos muy satisfechos con la experiencia. Todo el personal del hotel nos mostró su amabilidad y profesionalismo en todo momento. Desde las muchachas de recepción que estaban a nuestra disposición para cualquier pregunta, o duda, nos ayudaron con impresión de copias o para utilizar el centro de oficina, todo el personal de cocina que prepararon nuestro delicioso desayuno diaria mente, y siempre con una agradable actitud. Además del delicioso café de grano, disponible las 24 hrs del día :) El guardia de seguridad Manuel siempre al pendiente de la seguridad de los huéspedes. Y especialmente queremos reconocer a Araceli del departamento de limpieza, con su actitud amable igualmente siempre al pendiente de nuestras necesidades de limpieza en nuestra habitación, y por último al conductor de transporte Isaí, con su excelente actitud, atención y amabilidad, siempre dispuesto a llevarnos a donde se requería. Todo el equipo de City JR hicieron de la experiencia de estar lejos no se sintiera tan lejos de estar cerca de una familia. Definitivamente recomendamos City JR Express para hospedarse durante su proceso de inmigración.

Everything was good BUT,
Everything was good, love the crew members the cleaning lady were the best. Awesome job from the receptionist. Security guards very friendly. Shuttle bus driver real helpful and friendly. Can’t forget about the breakfast buffet, It was very satisfying. Love the fruit 🍉. BUT.. Right after we check out from the hotel and start walking out to our Uber driver. A Taxi Driver out the hotel lobby door offered us his services but we said no because we already had an Uber ready to pickup us up. Then he saying be careful the cartel is out there. My wife started getting scare because of the comment the taxi driver had said. Is really sad that theirs people like that out side the hotel is also sad that the hotel lets them pull up in-front of the hotel lobby without anyone calling them or requesting any their services.
