Not what was expected
Smelly room, no hot water, stains all over the carpet (room and corridors), seems like no maintenance over years has not been done. Despite it was only one night, i don´t think the price for the room worth it.

As always the staff super friendly and accommodating, but the phone in the room was broken. It was hard to get thru room service, the quality of food wasn't as good as previous visit. I asked for coffee and orange juice and I got them on to-go cups, maybe its silly but it supposed to be a high en hotel and I enjoy my coffee on a ceramic mug. Its the small details

Hotel has only one elevator working and is a big inconvenience. Hotel staff told me is been like this for a year already something you would expect from a hotel like this. The hotel is in need of renovations.
