Breakfast was nice, could of been a bit more hotter and using cheap sausages let it down.
No receptionist, when we arrived, i did ask for early check-in but was not put on my booking.I'd enquire twice, about this but still was not put on my booking.
Some confusion about Breakfast options which left us a bit uneasy beforehand
Wifi wasn't set up properly with problems connecting

Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HotelsWas disappointed when arrived was still left as twin bed and was supposed to be double beds were stripped but not made . Very basic room shame there wasnt as bath and to have breakfast had to ho to another building across carpark. But bed was comfortable slept well there was stain on sheet and chair and carpet needed a clean but overall was exspensive for money £126 one night

Thankyou so much for taking the time to give us feedback were sorry to hear your bed wasn't made up as a double but unfortunately on your booking notes there was no request to how you wanted your bed to be made up as the housekeepers did try and call but the number on the system was incorrect number. we will look into the feedback given and will rectify it so this doesn't happen again. we hope you decide to come back and stay with us again so we can turn your feedback into a more positive one.

Was not impressed that's Friday night's was £88 and Saturday night ib the same room was £129 !????? BUT hotel is good 👍
