Hotel was amazing room was gigantic very clean staff was great everything was clean very happy with our stay would definitely recommend and will return next time we are in the area

We got to the hotel around 10:30pm, expecting to get to our room and rest. The first room we were assigned smelled bad and had bugs crawling and flying in it so they moved us to another room. When we got to the second room, we found it odd that the door was propped open. We walked in and found that it hadn’t been cleaned from the prior guests (dirty sheets piled on bed and trash cans full). So we left and demanded a refund from Expedia.

Everything was good except the cleanliness of our room was a little bad, we found trash and chip wrappers and there was urine on the toilet seat when we first arrived there, everything else was great and I would stay again.

I requested a room on the highest floor away from the elevator, and I was given the room across the hall from front desk. I was literally in the very first room. Not a huge complaint but it was not my first choice. The doors in this hotel slam very easily so it was a bit noisy, especially in the morning. Many people in the reviews said the bed was comfy but I disagree. I thought it was very hard and I didn’t sleep well. The bathroom was very clean and I appreciate that very much. Room was clean overall. Some areas are just dated. Overall it was just an ok stay.
