Pool was filthy, 3 ft 6in deep and couldnt see the pool drain, also got a notice under door on no smoking cause someone smelled something, and i was at a wedding all day and got back to hotel at 11pm. On top of the fact i dont even smoke

Walls are thin. A drunk lady next door was crying and screaming and kept us up until 3 am

This place was super clean and the staff were delightful! Very friendly and courteous and aimed at making our stay a pleasant experience. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Pool area was clean. Will definitely stay here the next time we’re traveling through.

We were traveling with a pet, so they have designated "pet rooms". I support this but when i wiped something up off the floor, my wash rag was black with dirt. Room smelled awful, I sprayed Lysol everywhere. I did ask for the floor to be mopped, which they did. Very limited breakfast items. Will not stay here again.

Won’t again

The pool was unclean. People were in the pool when they shut the lights off. An oIder man had his baby granddaughter in his arms and struggled to get out with NO lights. Huge safety risk. I don’t think they vacuumed because we found toys on the floor, trial size shampoo, conditioner, and lotion had already been opened, used, and left for the next guest. Complimentary breakfast was decent. Bed was very comfortable. Day staff was nice, but night staff was not so nice. No public elevator.

We apologize our pool closing did not meet your expectations. The lights are on a timer that shuts them off just after 10pm due to that's the time it closes 10pm. We apologize that your room did not meet your expectations. Did you let front desk know? We pride ourselves in the cleanliness of our hotel.

Pretty Okay

Staff was friendly, walls are thin, king bed was excellent, AC unit in the room was great, bathrooms need some updating/maintenance (it looked like our ceiling had a leak at some point, tub floor was cracked). Breakfast selection pretty limited. Vending machine was partially broken so it only took cash. Definitely felt like we overpaid for our stay a bit.
