Very clean and quiet. Staff very nice. The owner is helpful and kind. Felt safe at the hotel.

After I got home I found that the motel tried to charge me an extra fees to my credit card to cover the motel's Expedia fees. I contacted Expedia and Expedia said the motel should not be doing that and said I would get a refund from Expedia.

Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThe pictures where very deceiving pillows where flat the bed was very uncomfortable the toilet was lose there was a crack in the shower floor smell moldy and there was a chunk of ice in the refrigerator there was no security latch spider webs and a slug crawling in the room also and I was charged more then I was told

We should charge you more for all the stains you left on the towels, and your make up on our sheets. We can’t control the credit card fees not ours but Expedia tells you of hotel other fees. You also signed our policy. It’s a shame, because we honored you with a bigger room but you caused us a mess. Don’t be deceiving people. You wanted a job and we could offer you because we are not hiring. So you want to bad mouth us what a shame.

Thank you to the Budget Lodge staff, my room was nice and clean. Very nice and quiet during the day and night. I felt very safe. The reception staff were so friendly and ready to help. They have picnic tables outside for you to sit and chairs on the property. My tv was working good, my bathroom and shower was very clean. My room smelled good, ac was working in this hot weather. Beautiful landscaping and gazebo outside and beautiful little Orthodox Chapel. They even have a nice snack bar at the hotel. Price was good. Keep up the good job Budget Lodge Warren. Thank you!

My room was clean and bed was made. Everything in my room worked including the air conditioner and the tv nothing was broken. It’s so hot during the day so I was super happy that the a/c worked. It wasn’t too loud and if you need anything there is a dollar general next door super convenient. Staff are so friendly and helpful. I highly recommend staying at the budget lodge.

This was a very affordable motel with nice rooms, very clean. The people were very helpful & friendly. It is also conveniently located with lots of things to do close by.

I enjoyed my stay here the budget lodge my room was absolutely fantastic nice and clean. The property its so beautiful nice gazebo outside and excellent and outstanding staff. I will come again.

My room was nice and clean staff were amazing. Very nice and quiet at the Budget Lodge. I felt very safe. They have a nice gift shop and snacks. I am very amazed at them how clean my room was and friendly is their staff. I will make when visiting to come again.

We were greeted by a nice and helpful employee, Richard, on his first day of employment at the Budget Motel, in Warren, PA. He was extremely helpful and accommodating, while speaking with the owner for specific instructions. He was, by far, the best part of our stay. Once getting to our assigned room, we found the heater blasting (in hot, humid, July weather) and the AC unit not functioning. Fortunately, a quick phone call to the front desk got us immediately reassigned to the room next door. We entered the new room to find it fairly unclean (dead bugs on floor, shower dirty) and unserviced (no garbage bag liner in the garbage can, no basic toiletries like a bar of soap). We plugged in the refrigerator and turned on the AC unit, which were both working, thankfully. Upon our return to the motel, after 1.5 hours, the room was cool enough, but there was a terrible odor permeating the room, seemingly coming from the bathroom. We slept with the bathroom door closed, but awoke before our alarm, to a stinky, unpleasant odor in the entire room. We packed up and had to immediately leave. Checkout had a drop-box for the key, but the proprietor met us at the office door just before 8 AM, to take the key. We knew that we reserved a cheap option from Expedia, and were extremely disappointed with what we received, despite the price. I will hesitate to use this site and will never stay at this location again.

Thank you! That day was 4th of July weekend and we kept our prices normal. Our rooms are clean, we had no issues or complaints. I am sad that you did not address these matters at the office. Next time we will do our best as always we do. Sorry for any experience you had here on the 4th of July weekend.

I didn’t like anything at all. There was a spider in the corner of the room. The beds were uncomfortable. I found a finger stent beside my bed and threw it away. I originally was up in PA for work and booked my stay for the 22nd through the 25th of November well I ended up getting laid off the 23rd and wasn’t able to get a refund back for the unstayed nights which I disagree with.
