We would like to make things right if you give us one more try.The next time you book with us please do make sure you call or SMS Mara/Jacques 30 minutes before arrival and give them an exact time of arrival as the reception in that area is poor .Warm regards Dynasty Red Mountain Ranch.

The reception was extremely poor, we waited for an hour at the gate for someone to open for us. we spent around R200.00 airtime calling the office and the Officer we were given his number. finally someone who came to our rescue just passed us at the without an apology. we were so unhappy and decided to go to other hotel.
