Hello Suzanne,Thank you for taking the time to complete a review of your most recent stay. I see where you wrote you were unable to check in do the reservation not being in your name? We have a very strict policy, if the person that is arriving, if they fill out a credit card auth form & the name of the second guest that will be checking in, we can approve. Unfortuanley, with out that information we can not let someone else check in under another guests name. It is our hotel policy. I hope you understand.

The property was covenient, quiet, and clean. The staff was helpful.
Breakfast was not available. I don't know if it was staffing issues or what. Breakfast was supposed to be ready at 7:00 AM and there was nothing available at 8:15 AM. The company needs to address this issue.

Hello Charles and thank you for completing a review of our property! The day of your stay our breakfast was ready and out and 6:00 AM Pacific Standard Time. We did review with staff and with camera footage to be sure of the situation and we found there to be nothing out of the ordinary, with cameras showing guests in the dining room and at the omelet station and breakfast bar. It's unfortunate that somehow there was a disconnect but we have investigated and found nothing to be unusual. Please consider a stay with us again as we would love to see you again!
