It is fine for a one night stay. We went to Pine Knob and this was the closest hotel.

Great property to stay at walkable to Pine Knob and local restaurants. Great stay and great staff.

Nice rooms. The staff needs improvement. I had problems at check-in due to their mistake and was made to feel like it was my fault. The woman in the breakfast area was anything but friendly.

The air conditioning did not work. We were given a box fan as the hotel was booked and no other rooms available. A $40 credit was offered on a room we had a hard time resting in.

Problem is I booked 3 rooms under the book now pay later. I’ve done this a bunch of times. We do it so once we get to the hotel each person can pay with their own card. I’ve never had a problem until now. My card was charged with all 3 rooms before we even got to the hotel. Now I’m out almost $700 while I wait the 3-5 days for a refund. Super frustrating. I’ve never had a hotel charge me before I even get there. This defeats the whole purpose of book now pay later. Very frustrating.

Due to our policies regarding reservations, sellout efficiency, and to assure payment to the property to guarantee said reservations, the card that is put on each reservation is to guarantee the room. That card in turn will be authorized to ensure we are not holding up room inventory and risking non-payment. Even though you chose to pay later we reserve the right to authorize all cards on file once the cancellation policy date range has lapsed. As a business we must use the card given to guarantee the room. In the future to avoid this we suggest you have the guests book separately so that their individual cards will be authorized. We are sorry for any confusion or inconveniences.

Got a great nights sleep! Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good! Friendly service.
