Beautiful place in the woods

The huge deck has a great view of the wooded hill down to the lake with partial lake views. The kitchen is nice and has all of the amenities. Our host was very responsive and helpful. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again!

As other reviews note- this is NOT a private home- it’s two houses connected- the left side is what you are renting. Two bathrooms are very small. I would NOT recommend this for groups in the summer. The home is located in a very tight subdivision with houses on all sides. We had ten adults (note they require you to pay more per person after 10) outside at a bon fire both nights talking - no music. The police were called due to noise both nights- police found nothing wrong at the house both nights. The home does NOT have lake front access ( as noted in other reviews) there is a non maintained staircase that leads down to a non maintained dock with a DO NOT ENTER sign (there are signs all though out the house of rules also).
Home was nice but unable to enjoy it with a group of adults.

From out of town
Publié le 12 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayRented lodge for 2 nights, for 8 adults to stay, came from out of town to attend a family event. Lodge is large, warm and inviting -very rustic. Beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. Loved pool table, dart board, formal dining room, great room with big screen TV and back porch. Little difficult to find at first on winding back road and lake access was farther then we thought, but overall good experience.

Wedding weekend

Ultimate group cabin vacation!

Our stay couldn’t have gone more smoothly, and our family had a fantastic time. Don’t bother looking elsewhere, this property has no equal within 100 miles!
