No good, horrible

I had to wash the jacuzzi tub out myself before we could even use it not very clean in the room the air conditioning didn't work not. The door to our room had been kicked it. Didn't latch properly. happy at all would definitely like my money back!!

The person at the front desk couldn't find my reservation, he also told me that they didn't have rooms with couches like on the website, then I had to get a room with two double beds instead of the pull out couch and queen bed..also the site says there's an outdoor pool which was also false advertisement because the pool was still covered and looked like a pond on top the cover. The room didn't have enough towels and the room had a funky mildo smell to it..there also was no coffee maker or iron in the room.. and another thing was after 10 the room smelt like weed
The other issue was there was no breakfast in the morning.
Our stay was very unpleasant and I will never stay at this hotel again
