After paying for 2 nights at 150.00 a day. I was traveling cross country and needed some rest. Mold was all over the room. The front desk lady refused to give me another room. I called the front desk , the lady hang up the phone on me after telling me she didn’t have other rooms. Worst experience ever.

Love this Hotel!
Publié le 18 oct. 2024 sur HotelsI loved our room. We had the king suite. Room 321. This is our second time staying here and it was wonderful. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was nice and the hotel was quiet. There was a little spider in the bathtub but not a big deal. Being close to Walmart was great because if we forgot to bring something, we could just walk over and grab it. Love staying here and would stay again.

The air conditioner was broken in the room. I had to fight with the front desk to get to get is in a new room but it was a queen suite and they told me i could get the difference refunded. In the morning when i asked the front desk about the redund i was told that room was more expensive which i dont see how a queen suite is more expensive than a king suite. They told me i have to contact the third party i booked with but when trying to book through their website it redirects to a third party. It seems like they dont want to take responsibility for their actions. Not to mention they kept telling me they had no rooms available but then they finally had one to move us to. The breakfast was horrible. I had a better breakfast in the service. For the amout of money i paid for the night to have painted door knobs and a cold indoor pool. I should have booked at the holiday inn. I will never go there again. This was for my daughters birthday and it was a disaster.

It was a nice place to stay for the night. I liked being able to walk to the restaurant and the staff was very nice. It was quiet as well.

There were doors propped open, causing an alarm on the lower and the third level. The beds were not comfortable. There was a cockroach in the breakfast area

Only one suggestion- one of the windows in our room did not have blackout curtains and outside light shined into our room making the room too light for me.
