The owner is awesome and made sure our stay was up to our standards on a daily basis. Lots of room and a beautiful home! Thank you for the hospitality!

Fantastic stay!
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe spent a week at Pine Landing and we had a blast! It was spacious and had enough room for our large group. It’s just a short walk to the private dock, we spent every day on the water either kayaking or swimming. The kitchen is great and very well stocked. We loved the screened in porch, we spent a lot of time gathered in there just spending time together. The host was very responsive and had some great suggestions.

Perfect lake house for large family
Publié le 17 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house is exactly as described. It is perfectly situated on a beautiful waterfront with very easy water annd dock an access. Lot is gently sloping. Even the neighbors were extremely nice, helpful and engaging. We had a large family group - multi generational and it worked out great. Rick is an amazing host and his communication is the best I’ve ever experienced. Thanks for a perfect stay.

Yes! The water access is amazing at Pine Landing and Kerr Lake provides 49,000 acres of water to enjoy. Keeping your boat right there at the house is extra special.

Peaceful and secluded. We enjoyed seeing lots of deer right from the back deck or in the front yard. Great for couples and large families.

Perfect for Family

The kitchen was a true gem with 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, 3 coffee pots & plenty of room for the chefs in the family to work together. My dog had a blast swimming in the lake & was blissfully tired at the end of the day. Richard, our host, was immediately responsive to any questions we had and cheerfully talked us through some technical difficulties with connecting to the internet. He also provided some excellent recommendations for dining & other things to do in the small town of Clarksville - Bingo on Tuesday night was fun! The house was well furnished & comfortable. We could be together or easily escape to our own private space. My entire family said this place was one they would definitely return.
