Hampton is comfy.
Publié le 22 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe check in was great, room was nice. We did have trouble with the heater. It was too cool in the room. Finally we figured we could not have the auto fan on cause it was blowing out very cool air.

The pet charge was a bit excessive. Staff/lady at front desk wasn’t very friendly.

Room smells horrible. I asked for a different room the day we checked in..was told nothing available. Explained that the room smelled terrible and we wanted an adjustment and we were told we had to talk to expedia....so i reviewed (this is my second review) havent heard back.

Check-in clerk rudely asked me what I wanted-To check-in I said. Why else would I have come to the desk from my car at 3:30pm? Room lamp falling apart (she did fix that). Window curtain coming down (she couldn’t fix that-no maintenance on premises Sunday. Wife and I Jerry rigged it. Commode wouldn’t stop running after we used it. Didn’t even waste time telling her. Turned off water supply after each use. Eighth hotel we have stayed in on our trip and this was the worst experience.

I liked the hotel. My only is, one day my room was halfway cleaned. Only one bed was made, and the bathroom was cleaned but hair was left on the counter
