When I first came here, I was told my reservation was cancelled because my card had gotten declined. Which is fine, that was absolutely my fault. However, the person at the front desk was very rude about it. I asked if I could book a room through her and she said it would be $20 more than what I had originally booked and the room I had booked wasn’t available anymore. I told her it wasn’t a problem but I would like to check on hotels.com. I found my exact reservation for $30 CHEAPER. She was rude when I was filling out the paperwork, rude when she asked for my friend’s ID, just really ruined the entire stay. When we got to our room (we got a smokers room and that’s really okay it did smell like smoke but obviously it would), it was INFESTED with gnats and bugs. They were actually dropping from the ceiling onto the bed while my friend and I slept. Just overall not a good time. We will not be staying here again.

Dear JasmineThanks for staying with us. We appreciate your time and feedback. Its great, you got a cheaper room. We always follow first come first serve and if you prefer non smoking room better to choose an other type of room but if your complain is about not to follow the policy we are sorry to say that we have to follow the cancellation policy after 6pm and we do require photo ID for all adults . Mentioned about bugs how is possible to stay for two days in the same room without reporting to front office. Hope you understand and enjoying your time

The bathroom door had no latch. Breakfast is a muffin. The bed was comfy, room clean.
