Too noisy, front desk couldn't careless of your issues, over priced. Property had cob webs in balconies and all over the property were live spider and webs!!
Had to ask to change rooms because of loud music and was charged for river view when we got parking lot view!!
No one cared, no manager on duty!!

Thank you for sharing your experience. To address some of your issues, we are located in the 1000 Islands. A destination for many travelers as well as for weddings. There will be noise. We are on the river. There will be spiders. There is always a manger on duty. We are sincerely sorry you did not enjoy your stay and assume you mention the room cost difference while you were here.

We loved being on the St. Lawrence river with the nstural beauty. Our room was a river view. The only negative comment we have was thw windows were dirty. Which took away from view. Otherwise the experience was 10/10

Clayton is a lovely old village, and the hotel is right on the shore of the river w: a footpaths leading into town. It is a bit expensive but very nice and a good restaurant

It was excellent. Could hear people moving around in the rooms nearby and it woke me up. Maybe I should have used a fan.

Very close to a charming downtown: you can walk there and back. Rooms are expensive, but interestingly they don't include a breakfast. Fortunately they include coffee/tea in the elevator lobbies/main lobby.
Staff is very friendly and reception won't answer direction questions when the concierge is not on duty? (A little bizarre, yes?)
