La réception s'est faitede manière rapide et efficace. L'hotel est bien situé près des restaurants. Cependant il est situé très près d'une voie ferrée et des trains passent régulièrement et crient directement en face de l'hotel. La chambre était propre. Le lit était inconfortable et craque de partout à chaque mouvement. Le petit déjeuner est correct.

We had a reservation there with our son’s mountain bike team for a race. Our friends checked into their room first to find black mold, old food and waste in the bathroom and on the ceilings. They called us to let us know that they had spoken to the staff and were shown two other rooms which were in worse condition and that they would not be staying there. We called to cancel our room after hearing this and were put on hold several times by the front desk staff for over an hour to just be disconnected. Then, after several attempts to get a hold of the manager they cancelled and refunded our room. Our friends were there for a couple hours filing out paperwork and dealing with unprofessional staff just to get a refund on their room. We will never book there again.

Hey, We always try to make your stay as better as possible and regret that we were not able to fulfill your needs this time. We refunded the room your friend were staying in after showing her multiple option and that consumes time. If we refunded the payment for the room on the day you were supposed to check in and didnt charge a penny that is more then sufficient job done by the staff. Refunding the payment in full with no charge is not an easy job and always takes approval of the managing authority, so your friend had to wait and there was no other option to that. We will always be making efforts to please our guest no matter how. Still sorry for the inconvenience and hope to see you the next time.

Very convenient, front lobby staff at 10 at night was very pleasant to deal with, and didn’t bat an eye when I accidentally didn’t book a pet friendly room online, he changed it in a heartbeat and was not upset at all!
