Perfect rental for Large Groups

The house is laid out perfectly for playing cards, hot tubbing, listening to music in the large, beautifully laid out living room. We had difficulty getting in to the rental (not too good with the electronic entry stuff) and our host was right on it. She showed up and even brought in all our stuff sitting on the front porch. Outstanding communications and lovely home. We plan on returning again next year.

Very Well Appointed Property
Publié le 11 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThere was plenty of room for all seven of us. It was nice to have separate beds and baths. The kitchen is very well appointed with everything needed. The only aspect I would point out is that although the furniture is well suited for a group to watch sports such as football games, you can't access them without your own personal streaming subscriptions. That was a little disappointing.

Great location and amenities
Publié le 20 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayVery roomy and comfortable for a weekend away with a group of friends. The en suite bathrooms with each bedroom were awesome. Excellent amenities and the kitchen was well stocked. Easy check in process and the host was very responsive to questions that came up over our stay. Everybody in the group agreed we would definitely stay here again!

Great place for a friends getaway
Publié le 7 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayFive of us gathered from around the state - it was a lovely and easy to access location. The owners were very very responsive and patient with my questions. We mostly stayed at the house and surrounds- there was plenty of room to either gather or have some quiet time inside and out… I would stay again
The 4 bedrooms each have an ensuite and the extra half bath was convenient as well!
The kitchen was stocked with enough tools to make all the meals - and room to keep everyone involved - the open plan makes sure everyone can still be part of the fun.
The beds were comfortable, and hot tub a nice addition (we had 3 in at a time). The hot tub system outsmarted us but the owners were over super quickly and had it up within an hour (maybe less)
Two things to be aware of -
(1) the development means the neighbors are close and this lovely home doesn’t have window covering facing the neighbors (privacy fencing between the two homes was very nice) which we only noticed because they also didn’t seem to have any, and the upstairs “bunk room” of the neighbors has a clear view into the living room at night - nothing untoward happened but it was there
(2) like most VRBOs I’ve been to, the knives could use a good sharpening … I keep forgetting to bring my whetstone with me!
All in all a wonderful property and reasonably priced

Great setup for golf weekend
