In the heart of Cle Elum, Washington State is located this amazing 5-bedroom vacation house in the exclusive and forested Suncadia Resort. Nestled in the beautiful Pacific Northwest, this property offers a serene and rejuvenating escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Just a 90 minute drive from Seattle, conveniently located off of Interstate 90 is this special cozy hideaway for unforgettable gatherings.

As you step inside this two story home, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, complete with accents relating to the rich mining history of the area, a cozy fireplace and a smart TV for your entertainment. The fully stocked kitchen, equipped with a spacious island, gas stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and all the necessary countertop appliances, allows you to whip up delicious meals and enjoy them at the spacious dining table that seats 10. Our well equipped kitchen is a favorite, please read our reviews!

We're proud to have earned the status of VRBO Premier Host for the last 8 years with our first Suncadia home, listing #1001217. Suncadia Resort Quiet Hours are 10pm - 7am daily for residents and guests. Your outdoor party must be relocated inside our home no later than 10pm.

Unwind in our soothing hot tub, or challenge your friends & family to a game of foosball or ping pong in the game room. Explore the nearby Cle Elum Lake, Lake Kachess, and the picturesque Yakima River Valley, all just a short drive away, for water play. Back at the mountain retreat, enjoy the outdoor fire pit with plenty of seating, or relax on the porch while taking in the stunning natural surroundings. Due to Resort restrictions, our home does NOT allow our guests access to the Suncadia Pool or Fitness Center.

Great place to stay for our first time renting in Suncadia. Had everything we needed and lots of extra fun stuff (sleds, games, etc.). Only thing missing was a video game system for the kids. Would stay again for sure.

We had a great time with the house. We made all our food and the kitchen was really well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. The hot tub was awesome. We brought games, but spent a lot of time in the rec room too. We rented the house to get away and spend time together just hanging out, and this was a great place to do it.

One of the best appointed homes we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything you need, the home was super clean and there was a ton of room for everyone. The fire pit is top tier and the hot tub was clean and at temp when we arrived. And for those planning to grill, the natural gas grill was one of the cleaner grills I've ever laid eyes on at a vacation rental. Would absolutely stay there again.

We had a family of 12 adults staying at the home and some additional family with a newborn and two littles that came for the daily activities and meals. It is a lovely home and all of the extra touches were so wonderful. It was very comfortable and had something for everyone. Beautiful property perfect for a family mountain vacation.
Absolutely beautiful property that was incredibly well equipped and very clean. The house is also well stocked for family vacations (with bikes, snowshoes, and games.) Our group had a wonderful time and enjoyed the stay. I have lately been a bit miffed at VRBO/ABnB's having high cleaning fees AND also requiring detailed cleaning requirements on checkout, but this stay was neutral in that regard. Overall a very positive experience and great communication from the hosts.

Amazing home for a family getaway!
Beautiful home with loads of amenities for a family get together. Great kitchen, with everything we needed to prepare the food we brought. Grandkids enjoyed riding the bikes and we all enjoyed games. The house was immaculate with plenty of towels, extra blankets, etc. We did a lot of walking on the streets and trails to the lodge and Swiftwater Cellars. Would definitely recommend. We had a group of old friends stay together. The house was well stocked, clean, comfortable, nicely decorated for the season and well-kept. We stayed at John and Laurie's home over the weekend of our sons wedding at Swiftwater Cellars.
The home was beautiful and in a wonderful location - just like a tree house in the forest. John and Laurie have furnished and decorated it beautifully - no detail spared! And it had everything we needed for an event weekend down to a steamer and sewing kit. beautiful serving platters, and lots of glass and silverware. Beds were very comfortable and each room had comfortable blanket wraps for fireside evenings. On our final night the hot tub and (huge) fire pit was wonderful! We didn't want to leave and will DEFINITELY come back!

Perfect trip with friends and family
The house was a perfect place for our friends and kids (age ranges from 1-8yrs) to stay for the weekend. The kids LOVED the amount of activities that were there - from the bonus room (with included blocks, toys, and TV) to the garage full of games (skii ball, bikes, scooters, balls, etc), the kids were in heaven and constantly entertained. We loved the fact there was an optional baby gate there to keep our littlest ones safe. It was a well laid out house that was nicely kept up. All of us commented we’d never seen such a well-stocked kitchen in a VRBO (every kitchen item we could have wanted was there). The hosts were gracious and kind. 10/10 stay.

This home is as close to perfect as you can get. It is lovely. The setting, the home and the decor are beautiful. We were amazed at how well stocked the pantry was! The owners have basically thought of everything. There were a good variety of games and smart tvs everywhere! The game room kept the group ages 17-21 happily busy….as well as their dads and grandpa. The beds were comfortable. The outdoor patio was extremely comfortable. The house is prepared to accommodate comfortably the number of people we had …10. Bottomline, we would be delighted to stay here again! Oh….we also enjoyed the walking and bike trails! Great Family Home
This home was one of the most comfortable, well-appointed VRBO’s I’ve ever stayed in and we’ve been using VRBO since the internet was dial up. My family was having a get together to celebrate my son’s graduation from CWU and we were all pleasantly surprised by how well stocked and organized the entire house was. We had all meals there for between 8-12 people and there were plenty of appropriate cookware, dishes, knives and even serving ware. The hosts really think of their guests’ comfort. The bedding was attractive and comfortable, there were plenty of places to visit, inside and out. I know I’m leaving things out, but it really is a fabulous house and fabulous location. A big thank you to John and Laurie!
