WELCOME TO BASECAMP AT TRAILSIDE
Spectacular new lodge in the gated mountain community of Trailside! This 3 Bedroom + Bonus / 3 Bath custom home is nestled in the woods with a commanding view of the Stuart Mountain Range, and comes with access to the Trailside community pool facility. Recently finished in 2017 and exquisitely furnished, Basecamp boasts a large open concept great room with a ledgestone gas fireplace, comfortable sleeping accommodations for 12, private Hot Tub, Dish Satellite TV, Wi-Fi Internet, air conditioning, and a heated garage game room!

**THE POOL IS UNDER REPAIRS AND WONT BE AVAILABLE THE SUMMER OF 2024**

ENTERTAINMENT
Basecamp is built for year round entertainment and relaxation. When you enter the spacious great room you’ll be greeted with soaring vaulted ceilings, comfortable leather furnishings, a gas fireplace, and a large Flatscreen TV with Dish Network. Just off the great room is a covered deck with comfortable outdoor furniture, electric heaters, and commanding views of the Stuart Mountains. The lower deck boasts a private Hot Tub. The fully stocked chef’s kitchen is ideal for making fantastic in home meals and features an oversized granite island, and stainless appliances. Just off the kitchen on the back patio is a Weber gas BBQ.

There is seating for 8 at the large dining table with additional seating for 3 at the Kitchen Island.

Just down a flight of stairs and you’ll enter the spacious bonus room that features a large sectional, large flatscreen TV with Dish, Blue-Ray Player, XBox One w/2 controllers, and 2 sets of Twin over Twin Bunks with Twin Trundles.

If you’re looking for on-site family entertainment you’ll love the heated garage game room equipped with Foosball and Ping-Pong and Shuffleboard. Newly added EV Charger - no need to drive to a charging station!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
Basecamp has sleeping accommodations for 12 spread across the 2 floors. Down the hallway from the main floor great room is the King Master Suite which features a large walk in shower with dual shower heads, and spectacular mountain views. Just around the corner from the master suite is a guest bathroom with a tub/shower combo and a King Guest Bedroom. The main floor sleeps 4 comfortably.

The lower floor features a 3rd Bedroom with a Queen Bed, and sleeping accommodations for 6 in the Bonus Room. The lower floor sleeps 8 comfortably. The private bedroom and bonus room are supported by a 3rd bathroom with a Tub/Shower combo.

LOCATION
Basecamp is located within the brand new Mountain Community of Trailside just 5 miles from Cle Elum and 7 miles from golf and fine dining at Suncadia Resort. You’ll have access to the new community pool facility within walking distance of the cabin! The Pool is open Memorial Day Weekend through September weather permitting. (A maximum of 6 guests can use the pool facility at a time. This regulation is enforced by the HOA.) The 125 acre Trailside Community is surrounded by national forest land and is an ideal destination for outdoor enthusiasts that enjoy hiking, mountain biking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, sledding, fly fishing, wildlife viewing, and much more!

Friends wedding weekend get away
We booked this home for this weekend because our dear friend was getting married in Ellensburg and me and my friend were preparing the rehearsal dinner for her and we needed a big kitchen. The kitchen of course was perfect but so was the whole house. It made what could have been a stressful weekend trying to make our friends day special, go so smoothly and relaxing for us. Thanks for such a beautiful home to be able to stay at and relax for the weekend.

Quiet Getaway with Stunning Views
Would highly recommend this home! We had four adults and four very young kids on this trip and this house was perfect for a short getaway and very kid friendly (baby gate, pack and play and highchair). The home is beautiful and everything in it is quality. The house is tucked away in the gated neighborhood and is so quiet. We were able to sit out on the deck and drink our coffee with the beautiful view and see the deer and rabbit roaming around. The only thing we were bummed about was the pool was closed for the entire summer for maintenance so we couldn’t utilize that, but if it were open it would have been perfect and just a couple minute walk. I could see us coming back again and bringing another family since it has so much room.

Beautiful location & beautiful place
This place exceeded our expectations. My sisters & I had our original place cancel our reservation at the last minute because of needed repairs. The owner of that place recommended this place & we were able to get it at the last minute. It was more than we expected and was in fact a better place than our original reservation. Well stocked, updated, clean, great quiet location, and for a group that loves to play games, the garage game room with ping pong, fuzeball and shuffleboard was an added surprise that we had not expected. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing property
This home is beautiful and the pictures don't do justice to the absolutely stunning view you have of the Stuart Mountains. It was very clean and well equipped - especially the kitchen. We enjoyed our stay here and hope to return.

Great stay for a weekend get-together with friends
We came here for an annual holiday get-together. We had a great time at this house -- many in our group have said this is their favorite house they've ever stayed at. The house was clean and the beds were so comfortable! We enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor seating area. The game room was a great place to hang out as well. Very few downsides with this home. One thing that stood out was a weirdly passive aggressively worded sign about charges for people taking towels and bedding...I don't think it's very professional nor welcoming and a simple, succinct message about charges would have sufficed.

Beautiful home with great ammenities
Our group absolutely loved the place. The house was beautiful and had everything you could ever want including fun games and a fully stocked kitchen. The community center with pool and volleyball area within walking distance was also a great plus. We will definitely be coming back soon!

Beautiful house, plenty of space for a large family. Nice hot tub and a trail right beside the house with lots of snow in November. The Garage was freezing cold and you have to flip the breaker to make it work.

Slice of Heaven
It all went according to plan. Everything was well stocked, property was as it said it was, private, clean, close to town but feels like you're a longer way away. Beautiful view of the mountains. Hot tub was great, outside deck with heater came in handy. Plenty of room in the kitchen to prepare for 11 people and all could sit at the table. Rooms were big and we all slept well! Fantastic Stay with views
We were at this beautiful stay for 2 days. Could'nt have asked for a better relaxing trip. The house was beautifully decorated with every facility we wanted. Game room, hot tub, games, TV, scenic views and privacy. Kids had a gala time. Kitchen was all stocked with premium quality cookware and condiments. The overall furniture and the aesthetics of the home was impeccable. I would strongly recommend staying here again.

Low Key Getaway
A good location for a quiet getaway. Hiking, community pool, and close to local amenities, offered a variety of entertainment options. The house gameroom was underwhelming with missing or broken items. However, the outdoor heated balcony had a terrific view and was a relaxing plus.

Love this home!
This was our second stay at the home, first time in the summer. we really enjoyed the space for two families (4 kids, 5 adults). We enjoyed the hot tub, nearby pool and access to lake Cle Elum. We'll definitely stay here again!

Great family vacation
We had a total of 12 people in our rental house and we were very comfortable. The house is gorgeous and so is the surrounding area. The game room was lots of fun for our “grandkids”. They range from 14 to 26 years old. We look forward to coming again.

Excellent choice! Great house!
Home was immaculate. Well stocked kitchen. The view of the mountains was absolutely the best part! Very roomy. Well decorated. Owners thought of everything- game room in garage, games in family room, etc. Child gate on the top of the stairs was appreciated as we had a toddler. Hot tub worked well and was extremely clean. Queen size bed mattress on the lower level of the house had an indentation so there was a bit of a hump in the middle. I would recommend replacing mattress.
