Nicely furnished unit
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe unit has nice furnishings, well located in the community, spacious bedroom, two tv's, plus pillow top bed, extra pillows, tub and shower, washer/dryer, large patio, excellent appliances, but no view and not a great location in the Lodge. The Kuerig coffee maker was too sophisticated for us drip brewers. We bought coffee downstairs.
The steelhead, and the Sea Bass at swiftwater cellars were phenomenal. The Zephyr Hills cab. was excellent also.
Suncadia is an excellent family with children, or golfer destination. Tennis and pickle-ball are minimally supported, with no tennis gear shopping and only one tennis/pickle-ball location.
The age 55+ community is a 25 minute meandering drive thru the community, close to the rear entrance from Roslyn. Not a desirable location, but nice homes under construction.

Publié le 23 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI have nothing but great things to say about this condo! Lovely unit in a wonderful setting. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. We (and our dog) especially appreciated the fenced patio. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The patio was spacious and perfect for unwinding. The room was clean and equipped with everything we needed. The host was very accommodating, allowing us an early check-in. Highly recommend!

Fantastic property

The private balcony is fantastic especially with the sunny and warm days that we had and makes the space feel even bigger than it already is. We will definitely be renting this one again!!!!
