The price was right but you get what you pay for. This place needed a major facelift. The mattress needed to be replaced.

Check-in lady was nice.
They charged us a $10 ‘pet cleaning fee’ in addition to charges through Expedia. This is against Federal and State ADA laws and our service dog is hypoallergenic and does not shed.

This was a great first evening, but the last night, the room above us had either a pet or a child running across the floor constantly. Having said that, the management was awesome and the room was absolutely spotless clean. Loved the bathroom, one of the cleanest I've stayed in a long time. It is an older building but they do a great job keeping it up. On arrival they were cleaning carpets. That is a good sign. It also was a great price deal. No other complaints.
