Notre premier chambre était pour non fumeurs mais elle sentait le fumé à volonté. On a demandé une autre chambre au 2e étage et elle était un peu plus meilleure. La propreté de la chambre était nulle! La salle de bain passable.

The room was decent except that the refrigerator was very noisy and woke me up whenever it came on.
The young lady that checked me in told me there were no convenience stores within walking distance, which wasn't true. There's one across the street at the gas station.
The guy at the desk in the morning didn't even look up to acknowledge me.
The fitness center is minimal; just 2 pieces of cardio equipment in a very small room.
The neighborhood is run-down and shabby. There are some fast-food places (Carl's, Subway, & Taco Bell) in the same parking lot that had no cars in front of them so I'm not sure they were even open. You have to drive through the common parking lot and it's full of very large potholes--some of which are marked with an orange cone.

The first room had spiders in the shower, hair on the floor, and a funky smell. Was switched to another room which still had hair on the floor. It took 2 handtowels to wipe up all of the grime throughout the floor of the room. Pretty sure there were dead bugs squished on the wall though I couldn't stomach a closer look, especially after the things I had already cleaned on my own. The plumbing whistled and the entry door took pulling to close. Only one thin blanket on the bed. The sink stopper had been pulled out and was left on the counter which was barely big enough for the belongings of one person. Huge potholes in the parking area. Only waffles and toast for breakfast - not even peanut butter for a little protein. The few dining tables were occupied then a sign says you can't take food out of the breakfast area thus I went elsewhere for food. Overall worn out and depressing vibe. Will think twice before booking through Expedia again - when it's through a 3rd party, the hotel has limited power for accomodations / adjustments.

Marijuana smell in the room
Publié le 6 août 2024 sur HotelsThe biggest issue I had with this stay is that when we checked into our room, there was a smell of marijuana smoke. Someone was either smoking inside or close to the room. I informed the front desk of the smell hoping to change rooms, but I was told that all the rooms on the main floor were taken. Since this property does not have an elevator we could not transfer to the second floor as my traveling companion is handicapped. We were given a bottle of air freshener which helped somewhat. The room itself was fine. It was clean and comfortable for the most part.
