The room was clean and comfortable. The property was run down and the hotel breakfast was sub par.

Non working phone and smoke alarm in room.peeled paints and cracks in all the walls, terrible small hard pillows. Only one towel hand towel and wash cloth given , when asked for more had to go get our selves, requested a blanket because they still had thin summer toppers with no comforters in the room , never got one. Bathroom is a disaster the knobs for tub didn’t work, toilet not anchored and shower head pulled out of wall. Bathroom door would shut unless you pulled up on it then shoved it. Attempted to talk to worker at front desk , was rude , made excuse they were only one there when consistently saw a young person and another woman behind the desk then was brushed off and sarcastically told have a nice day. We will never recommend.

Excellent Service
Publié le 13 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe were just staying one night as a stop over between timeshares. Room was dated but clean and comfortable, would definitely stay there again!! The huge thing was we misplaced our car keys after getting settled in. The two girls on the front desk, Mindy and Bambi were amazing. They jumped into action searching everything and everywhere. Mindy came to our room and helped us look through all our bags, under the bed even through the grass and under our vehicle. We finally found them hidden in a small pouch in one of our bags!!! These two girls need to be commended for their excellent service!!! Also the next morning at breakfast they fan out of sausages. Vanessa, now on front desk, had brought some sausages for her lunch, she quickly cooked them up so we could eat!!! What excellent service!!!

we asked for a room with a fridge, microwave and coffeemaker and the room given had none. We complained and then brought a fridge only.

The room did not look anything like the rooms in the pictures. There was mold in the bathroom, around the windows, and on the lamps. The bedsheets were stained and there were many hairs in the towels. The floor was sticky (not carpeted.) The curtains are blackout as listed but do not cover the entire window so the very bright lights outside the room shine into the room all night. No blankets on the bed, only the cover which is clearly not changed between guests bc it was dirty and smelled awful. No extra pillows and the pillows on the bed were flat and smelled. Thankfully we had pillows and blankets in our car which we used in place of all of the hotel bedding. Rooms are not updated or renovated as described.
