Publié le 24 sept. 2024 sur HotelsWhen i first got in the room, the AC didnt work and the mini frig dint work. When i went up to the front desk, which i had to stay outside, since the front door was locked, i was greeted by a rude 10 to 12 yr old girl. When i finally talked to the man, he did come fidget with the what looked like a 15 or older ac unit and finally got it running. The floors were dirty, toilet seat was loose, rusty stainless fixtures, no cable(local channels only), and two little square pillows per bed. Only good thing was the bed was for the most part comfortable. Will not stay there ever again.

Everything worked, great access to property and room. Staff was very pleasant and helpful.

They make you wait outside in the heat to check in. They shut the refrigerators off and don’t tell you that they’ve done that so you think your refrigerator is broken when they simply can just put a sign on the front of the refrigerator for what you pay you get what you pay for I probably would not stay there again, but I was there for a funeral And my girlfriend was staying there so I just wanted to be near. Otherwise, it was really close to everything. Food restaurants shopping location was good.

Room AC didn’t work well •refrigerator didn’t work & killed 2 roaches other than that for $67 it was a place to crash after long travel. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone

we are sorry. for inconvenience. your room ac and refrigerator not work. why you are stay in all night in room ? are you already early check inn 1 pm. you stay all night. than after you are check out 11 am next day you are complain. so you can trying to you want to 100 % money back ?. you are going your room and check ac and refrigerator it's not work you are any complain in front desk?
