Publié le 16 août 2024 sur HotelsHorrible experience with the manager after having many complaints about how the place was dirty, there was a wasp in our room, and a piece of metal sticking out of an outlet she started to yell in the lobby saying “i was looking for a discount” when i had picture proof

My only complaint is that they did not serve breakfast earlier. The posted breakfast time for Saturday was 7:00am but since that particular Saturday was the Goatneck bike ride we had to leave the hotel by 7:00. Since I saw a lot of people with bikes staying at the hotel I would have thought that management could have move up breakfast to 6:30. It would have been nice.

All the staff was very friendly and they had one of the best hot breakfasts I've had at a hotel. Rooms were clean and the beds were very comfy.

Room felt muggy/humid. I thought the sheets were wet but turns out the humidity in the room was at an all time high. Sleeping at night was hot/cold hot/cold. However, beds were comfy, showers were great!

What I didn’t like was the bed sheets were still wet when we checked in and the room was very muggy.
But what I liked was the staff was friendly when we checked in.
