Make sure you let the front desk know that you want your room cleaned I didn’t know we had to every other Marriott I stayed in I didn’t have too but staff was great.

Publié le 15 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe booked this hotel specifically so my son with special needs could swim in the outdoor pool. We when went to look at the pool upon arrival (Saturday) there was a signed attached to the entry gate saying “Pool closed.” Upon checking in, the front desk employee told me the maintenance man said the pool was not right (I assume chemically) and that he would not return until Monday and that the pool would remain closed.

Great hotel. Clean -safe - nice room!

My first room was horrible. The shower head was separating from the wall, there was mold in the shower, and there was a smell in the room. Once, I reported the conditions to the hotel front desk another room was assigned to me. I have to admit my disappointment, because the Marriott brand is associated with quality. I stay at Marriott hotels because worries about cleanliness is taken off the table.
