Renovated charming home close to Lee University!

This home is centrally located in Cleveland and a couple minutes from grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping! 30 ish minutes to Chattanooga or the Ocoee River for white water rafting and lakes! There are a few steps up to the front porch and into the home. The first floor has an open floor plan with large living room, dining, and kitchen with all new appliances. Down the hall is a hall full bathroom with shower/tub combo, queen bedroom, a master bedroom with king bed and en-suite bathroom, and another room with 2 twin beds. Down the stairs is a full finished basement with another room with queen bedroom, large living space with windows, kitchenette, and bathroom. Off the first floor is a large screened in patio and larger deck in the back. This is a family friendly neighborhood close to many activities!

Property was updated and clean. Nice decor and spacious house! Main bathroom shower did not work properly, master bath shower was small and dark, shower in downstairs was unusable as water sprayed out on floor. Downstairs area was very nice extra space but bedroom downstairs had no ventilation.

What a fantastic home! We were in Cleveland for my son’s wedding and this house was perfect! It was spotless, spacious and comfortable! It was close to anything and everything we needed, but there were plenty of little extras that made our stay really nice. I would stay here again and would highly recommend this property! Clean, newly remodeled home in a convenient location!
My family stayed in this home while attending a wedding. We loved the open concept, which also provided plenty of room for us to gather as a group. The home has been completely renovated, so everything is new and clean. All of the furnishings are very nice and the beds are comfortable. The location is close to shopping and the freeway. Overall, a great experience! Would definitely stay here again.

Great location. We were in Cleveland for a family reunion. Very close to everything. Plenty of room for our group. Driveway is a little steep for the elderly but that was on the web site. Owner was great to respond quickly to a few questions. We only cooked one meal but was happy with the pots for cooking. We had a great time!!

Had a great stay in Matt’s place! It has all the comforts of home- decorated beautifully and the closed in back porch makes a great spot for coffee and conversation. Plenty of space and nice kitchen as well as big screen TVs for movie nights! Close to restaurants and retail areas and super close to Lee University where we spent alot of time on this trip! Highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable two night stay in this newly renovated property. It is perfect for 8-10 person family gathering including children. The only drawback is the property is not wheelchair accessible.. but I would definitely stay on this property again.

Wedding Weekend with Family
We enjoyed our stay in Cleveland. We were in town for our nieces wedding at Howe Farms Highland Chapel and wanted our family to stay together. My youngest son and his little family stayed downstairs and my in-laws, oldest son and my husband and I stayed upstairs. We had plenty of room to relax and visit with family in staying nearby. Short 30 minute drive to the aquarium and 20 minutes to the wedding venue.

Great house, convenient location
I had a wonderful stay here with my teenage daughter and her three friends. There was plenty of space to spread out, the kids loved being able to have their own super comfortable space in the basement while the parents chatted upstairs. The house was very comfortable and clean with great decor but plenty of space for our things. Communication was quick and easy. There were many places to eat and shop within 5 minutes of the house. Over all a really wonderful stay!

Matt’s home is beautiful and centrally located to just about all of Cleveland. My family and I traveled here for a wrestling tournament at Cleveland High and this place was perfect for that- about 2 minutes from the school. The home is beautiful and Matt was an excellent host. Would stay here again.

Beautiful Home!
We stayed here recently for four nights. The house was beautiful, welcoming, and perfect for our family. The layout of the house makes it a perfect place to hang out and visit. It is decorated with all the touches of home. I would hire them to decorate my house if I could! The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was top of the line. The back porch was a quiet, peaceful spot to relax. I can’t say enough great things about this house. Matt was wonderful to work with. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

It was a great property for our family. We were visiting my grandson and his family. We enjoyed Christmas there with his family. The kitchen was well stocked and allowed us to cook several family meals. The dining table was big enough for all of us. When we come to town again , perhaps in the summer, I would definitely rent this house again.

Could not ask for anything better!! The house is AH-MAZING!! It was perfect for our wedding weekend!! Renovations must have been done very recently. All the updates and decorations were out of a design magazine! So farmhouse posh! The owner was incredibly prompt in his responses. I had some issues booking (through VRBO) Matt was awesome to work with, answer my questions and to accommodate me. CANNOT highly recommend enough!! You will not be disappointed!!!

This place was perfect for our son's wedding. We came into town from Colorado and needed a home to prepare, execute and recouperate from our son's beautiful wedding.
