CET hôtel n'est pas digne de respect de la clientèle. À mon arrivé, il n'y avait plus de chambre de disponible pour moi malgré la réservation que j'avais faite. !!!!! :(

Contre : Premièrement il faut avoir des employés pour ça marche
La chambre n'était pas prête à 15h00 comme prévu. Toujours des délais supplémentaires, finalement on a eu ;la chambre 1h15 plus tard. La grandeur et propreté était acceptable sauf le drap de sofa-lit qui était taché de sang. Pas d'autres draps , ni oreillers ni couvercle pour le sofa-lit. Pas de papier toilette. Il y a une cuisinette sans aucun ustensile, assiette ou verre. Le personnel de l'hotel est quasi inexistant.
Le dejeuner continental consiste en café et muffin emballé, c'est tout. Jamais je n'y retournerai.

Easy, clean, efficient

Pretty worn down and dirty. Service was friendly but t.v. didnt work and only one outlet in the entire room worked. Outlets missing covers, alarm clock not working, hair dryer missing, no coffe pot or utensils in the full kitchen. Lights near bed not working. Our whole floor smelled like weed.

The hotel smelled of weed from the lobby and in the room. The lobby was dirty carpet stained. The room hasn’t been updated ever I mean everything was old and the whole room just looked like something from a horror show. The bathroom light was so dim I thought it was just a nightlight. I guess they do that so you can’t see how gross the bathroom really is. The floor is sticky tiles so I was standing In the bathroom looking at the sticky tile floor and noticed water. Everytime I take a step my foot was pushing water out of the cracks in the tile. It was so bad after a 5 hour drive there at 10 pm we started searching for a new hotel but nothing available for under 300. So we went to Walmart and bought new blankets and pillows. The breakfast the say they have is prepacked muffins and nutrigrain bars. Hanging out around the door was a few people that looked homeless, staff never said anything to them. Do not stay here

There was no ice vending machine available, and I was unable to get a blow dryer from the front desk.
I did like the size of the room
