Great Girls Weekend

Thank you for this review, Robert. We have since upgraded and renovated the cabin tremendously. All bathrooms have been renovated and feel spa-like, new furniture inside and out, fresh paint, new granite counters, new kitchen sink. Additionally we have added a Florida King bed, which is the largest bed in any vacation rental in the country-- taking the guest experience from "fine" to "that was awesome!" Come back again Robert and see what we have done to the place.

Waste of a Vacation
Publié le 10 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe house was cute and clean, but! The owner contacted us an hour before our check-in time to tell us there was a delay to get into the house. We waited two hours before being able to get in the house, messing up our plans for the night. Then the amenities offered were nonfunctional. The arcade game wouldn't turn on as if it didn't have power. The hot tub didn't work either, The instructions said if there's an error message to flip the breaker and wait 15 minutes to reset, but it didn't turn on to start. Flipping a breaker near water doesn't seem safe and troubleshooting is not how I want to spend my vacation time. The microwave didn't turn on either, even though it was plugged in. The owner offered a full refund, but only gave us a partial refund. Waste of a vacation.

Hi Rena! Hope you are well. I am so sorry VRBO did not refund you completely. I lost money on your 1 night stay, and VRBO did not refund their portion. My cleaners (who are no longer on our team) unfortunately had an emergency and were late to clean it. If you would have contacted us as soon as you had any issue with the breaker, we could have resolved it immediately that evening. Our team is ready to help! But you didn't tell us until you were checked out and requested a refund, which I did. The arcade works great, after my very diligent communication, we discovered her group couldn't find the power switch. I am a dedicated host, and went back and forth with Rena as much as she needed before and after her stay. I am shocked she left this review - 4 months after the fact. I would host Rena again because I am very confident in my cabin and it's impeccable maintenance, and quick service. You're welcome to stay again anytime.

Great anniversary getaway
Publié le 26 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayWe loved the feel of the place. It had everything you needed. Quiet, great bed to sleep in, the tub upstairs was my favorite. Waking up and seeing the deer was another added bonus. We wanted to stay longer but it was already booked. We will be back. It’s marked as one of our favorites.

Lovely cabin in the woods
Publié le 18 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayWe only needed one night and this was a perfect escape for our visit to Anna ruby falls and the Cabbage Patch hospital. Everything was very well appointed and cozy. My kids loved the arcade game and chess boards. Beds were comfortable! The grill and hot tub made for a great, relaxing family evening.
