Vacation Nightmares
First off we were unable to get into the building with the instructions provided. The answering service gave me the phone number for the property manager and it was not in service. Another resident gave us access to the building and we were able to access our keys. Once we got to the apartment the first thing we noticed was the terrible smell. Once we checked the entire place it was clear that it had not been cleaned. The bed had clearly been slept in, the towels were dirty, there were peanut remnants on the carpet and that’s just some of the issues.

In town for fun
We were in town for a concert and a baseball game; the location of this apartment was perfect. The football stadium was a 20 minute walk and the baseball stadium was a 5 minute walk. There's a fantastic grocery store, Heinen's, around the corner; The Wild Eagle pub with food next door, and some other hotel restaurants close by. The apartment was very clean, secured and bare minimum. The bed was okay and there's a futon in the living room for a third person to sleep on but it was so hard to sit on that I can't imagine sleeping on it. Check in process seemed easy but we arrived after 5pm and the office was closed so they wouldn't buzz us in. Luckily a very nice resident heard the conversation and let us in and showed us where the lockbox was located. The lockbox was hard to open but we finally got it done. When we tried to leave the building, we realized that the key fob didn't work. I texted the host who responded fairly quickly and provided us with a code for the building doors to enter/exit. Overall, we were very happy with this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Great location! Place is a advertised and a short walk to nearby restaurants and bars as well as progressive field. Check in was a bit of a struggle but got things figured out within an hour.

great location
Clean apartment in a great location. Only issue during our entire stay was that we couldn't get into the apartment on arrival then the key fob wouldn't open the main front doors. Owner eventually responded and gave us a code to access building the rest of the weekend. Location is perfect for walking to Progressive Field, numerous bars/restaurants and even the Rock N Roll Hall of Fame.

Good for the price
My daughter and I stayed here during the Final Four. Location was super! The apartment is pretty "bare bones" but good value for the price. We had trouble with the exterior doors but the host was responsive. The front room is a bit drafty and cold and I wouldn't want to sleep on the Futon/couch that doubled as a bed. Rock hard! Overall, it met our needs for 2 people who are willing to sleep in the same bed.

Great walkable location!
If you plan to go to any shows in downtown Cleveland then this apartment is the perfect location with so many restaurants, bars and entertainment within walking distance plus there is a parking garage just across the street!

Location!!! Decent stay.
Apartment just as expected. Clean, quiet, and super location. Little things missing. No bottle opener = no beer lol. No second blanket for child sleeping on futon. Bring some coffee pods. Minor issues but I would recommend. Cheers!!
