Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was nice, and beds were very comfortable. Could use some minor updating - for example, the bathroom door was really in need of a new coat of paint and the business center computer was very very slow. These things were not a priority for us but might be for others.

Surprising little gem of an economical hotel! 4 pillows per bed, nice shower, clean, no smoke or weird smells. Highly recommended

This hotel was exceptional in every way. The price was great- I booked for a quiet weekend where I could relax and this stay did exactly that. The staff was great. The room was clean. Parking was convenient and well lit. The only minor suggestion I have is to start breakfast earlier than 7am…. Many of us that work start our day well before 7am… but other than that- I will definitely be back when my plans call for a hotel in that area.

We enjoyed our stay at Best Western Inn (Elyria) Nice staff, clean comfortable and cost effective rooms The continental breakfast was delicious serving hot and cold foods and beverages. The indoor pool and fitness room is a huge plus (especially since it's winter although a the pool water was a bit chilly for me personally) I highly recommend and will definitely stay again in the future. My rating for Best Western Inn is a 5 Star ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Okay, but not great.

This hotel was a mixed bag. Cleanliness was good, breakfast was better. But the phone in our room was broken. And one drawer kept drifting open, sticking out into the walkway in the room. No towels available at the pool.
