Okay, but won't stay again
Publié le 4 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room smelled moldy and the bathroom like pee. The sheets were clean, the bathroom was cleaned, but old and discolored in the edges etc. Swimming pool was clean, but also old. The breakfast buffet was good enough: waffle iron, muffins, toast, different cereal, instant oatmeal, eggs, sausage, and good coffee (dark and regular roast). It was simply the most economical option, but I would not stay again.

My husband and I tried 3 rooms and all 3 rooms were dirty and fleas

I do reassure you we have a regular exterminator that sprays for us routinely and this is the first and only complaint of any flea infestation. Our room and experience were excellent
Publié le 25 juill. 2024 sur HotelsWe were looking for a convenient place to stay, near I-75 and with an EV charger. This property checked all the boxes. When we arrived at 9 pm, the charming front desk agent helped us quickly and thoroughly. Our room was on the second-floor, overlooking the pool (which had just closed but looked beautiful). Our bed and pillows were delightfully comfortable. For the "star rating" of this property, our room and experience were excellent. The breakfast was ample, hot, and just right for a long day's drive.

Stay away from this place, it is run down and a little critter met me this morning when I opened the bathroom door after my shower... a roach!

We do have a routinely exterminator to spray and haven't had a infestation problem but have addressed this accordingly. We hope for you to give us another chance and see you again in the future!

The room was clean and spacious. Shower pressure was good. Location was near many shops and restaurants. Staff was very friendly.
