We booked a certain room and when we arrived we did not receive that. We were told that it was not on them but Expedia because they were advertising something that was not available. I made a reservation a week prior but had family come in the same day to get a room and was able to get the room I booked. Very unprofessional. Was told you can get your money back but you need to leave. When arriving the door in the back of the building had a sign that said needs room key at all times to access but was able to just open the door and walk in without anything. Not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Just a regular typical stay at a hotel. Not super clean room but you get what you pay for. The hotel is super close to restaurants, shopping, and the Twinsburg Cleveland clinic.

The property seemed nice, but the front desk was only manned sometimes, slow both at check-in and during our stay when needed and sometimes hard to understand. Our room was not fully swept prior to our arrival near the bed and window areas. There was also trash left on one of the nightstands. Our bathroom door didn’t fully shut. The ice machine on our floor had no ice. Loved the A/C unit, having a fridge and microwave, beds were nice, the pool looked clean, the breakfast was great, parking was easy, and there are a lot of places to eat nearby.

Toilet was dirty and seat was all chipped. Sheets didn’t fit properly on the bed and kept coming off. Breakfast area was good and breakfast staff very nice

Horrible

Mold, holes in the wall, door was broken, and terrible smell. The room was not cleaned. Marks on the walls. Sheets didn’t fit the bed. To name a few things Picture of one of the holes attached.

So if you HAVE to stay here, dont expect much. Rooms feature crooked framed prints, peeling wallpaper and stained bathroom amenities. Did we die? No. So for 1 night, we dealt with it. We were also exhausted so we went right to sleep. Would i stay again in a pinch? Probably not.
