I had no towels in my room. None.
I had to ask 5 times before I got towels.
the area around the hotel was an abandoned/closed mall, and overgrown grass. It felt sketchy.

Service by hotel staff was great, particularly Elizabeth, the cafeteria did not open one day and the staff was corteous but could improve a lot, I saw dirty shirts and finger nails, I guess you want the people hancling your food as clean as possible.

It was new and therefore carpets etc were new and clean, but the elevator was broken, leaving only one that worked and the broken one was in perpetual opening closing mode for over a day. The mattress on the pull out sofa was literally falling apart. It was no longer sewn together and you could remove the top from the bottom completely leaving the stuffing exposed. When we mentioned it to staff they said they couldn’t do anything about it at that time.

Don’t recommend. Limited restaurants in the area. Room temperature as t cleaned. Left a list of complaints and the manager hasn’t called me like I was told he would.
